We collect as little as possible. This page explains exactly what happens to the information you send us.

What we collect

We only receive information you choose to send us. There are two ways to do that on this site:

  • Contact form - your name, email address, and message.
  • Newsletter form - your first name, last name, and email address.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.

How we use it

  • Contact messages are read and answered by the band.
  • Newsletter details are used to send news, release announcements, and tour information. You can unsubscribe from any newsletter email at any time.

We never sell, rent, or share your details with third parties for marketing purposes.

Who processes it

Contact messages are delivered by email. Newsletter signups are stored with Mailchimp, which acts as our mailing list provider. Both services hold the data on our behalf and under their own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete anything we hold about you. Write to info@pottersdaughterband.com or use the contact form, and we will action the request.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated date at the top of this page will change with it.
